Not Pretty Enough is released today!

Yes, it’s book release time again! My fourth (!) novel – Not Pretty Enough – is out today!

npe-cover-done-550

I’m really excited and really nervous, and just can’t believe I have four books out already. It’s over a year since I decided to start self-publishing, and coming up in September will be Kismetology’s one year anniversary!

But this is about Not Pretty Enough, it’s a young adult romantic comedy, and is happily available on Amazon today! Of course, I have to give you some links!

You can read a sample or buy the book on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com.
Amazon: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Japan, Canada

You do not need a Kindle to read it. Amazon do a lovely little free Kindle app, which you can download to your computer, phone or tablet-thingy, and read any Kindle book you wish on it.

About the book:
“New Year’s Resolutions:
1. Lloyd Layton will know I exist. He once said three whole words to me, so this is obviously progress. If I don’t get a proper conversation out of him soon, then I’ll take my top off and streak through the cafeteria, because nobody could fail to notice these boobs.
2. I will not get expelled for streaking through the cafeteria.”

Those are the words that begin her mission.
Chessie is fourteen, not pretty enough, and very much in love. Lloyd Layton is hot, popular, and unaware of Chessie’s existence.
Her goal is clear: to get Lloyd to love her as much as she loves him, and she has exactly one year to do it.
As Chessie’s obsession with Lloyd reaches boiling point and she starts to spin a web of lies that spiral out of control, Lloyd turns out to be not quite the prince she thought he was.
Can Chessie avoid the gathering storm before things go too far?

About the book:
Kismetology Cover

Finding the perfect man isn’t easy. Especially when it’s for your mother…

Mothers. Can’t live with them, can’t live without them, can’t live three doors down the road without them interfering in every aspect of your life.

Mackenzie Atkinson’s mother has meddled in her love life once too often and something has to be done. Mackenzie decides to turn the tables and find love for her lonely mother.
Her lonely and very fussy mother.
Surely finding an older gentleman looking for love won’t be that hard, right?
Wrong.
If you’ve ever thought that boys grow up, here’s the problem: They don’t. Ever.
And Mackenzie is about to learn that the hard way.

Faced with a useless boyfriend, dressed up dogs, men who wear welly boots on dates, men who shouldn’t be allowed out in public, and men who make reptiles seem like attractive company – will she ever find the perfect man for her neurotic mother?

Remember it’s only free until Sunday so be sure to get your copy quick, and please feel free to share with any friends you think might enjoy it too!

Cover Reveal: Not Of Our Sky by Sharon Sant!

Something a little bit different for this blog today. I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of the cover reveal for my lovely friend Sharon Sant’s next book!

Not of Our Sky is the third book in her wonderful Sky Song trilogy, and the cover is just as gorgeous as the first two!

Behold:
not of our sky purple full length-page-0
Isn’t it gorgeous?

Here’s the blurb:
Jacob fights for his life and Ellen faces her toughest decision yet: whether to finally reveal his true identity to his parents. For Jacob is one of the Watchers of Astrae, a race of beings with extraordinary powers, and sworn to protect the natural order of the universe. But Jacob has broken one of Astrae’s oldest laws and chaos threatens to cover the Earth.

Alex faces the fall into darkness that has long been prophesised. Her only ally is Makash, their bitter and twisted uncle, and Jacob has already succumbed to the shadows. Who will be there to catch her?

With the first part of the ancient prophecy already coming to pass, it seems their only hope lies in the second part – the riddle of the star that will bring them back to the light. But what does it mean? And why do Jacob, Alex and Ellen all dream of the same lighthouse, night after night?

The book will be released on May 1st 2013, and I for one can’t wait to read it!

Book one and two in the Sky Song trilogy are just as amazing too!

(Click on the pics to find them on Amazon!)
